Welcome to the Central Queens Clippers Soccer Club! We look forward to seeing everyone back on the pitch this summer. Our goal as a Club is to get the kids out, active, improving their skills and enjoying the game of soccer alongside their peers - in a safe environment. See you on the field for a great 2024 season! For more details on a specific division, please visit the “Soccer League Information” tab.

Soccer Fees
Are you interested in learning more about the costs that your CQ soccer fees cover? If so, please refer to our CQCSC website for a complete breakdown. Soccer fees must be paid via credit card during the registration process, in order for your child/children to be registered and assigned to a team. We no longer accept e-transfers.

Family Rate Discount
If you have 3 or more children registering for soccer with Central Queens this season, you are eligible for a "Family Rate" discount. The first 2 oldest children pay the full price and then each younger child after that will only pay the PEISA Levy and Competitive team fees. Please refer to the link above to view the breakdown of CQ soccer fees.

If you are applying for the "Family Discount" please contact the Registrar at rcunited.executive@gmail.com for a promo code. Once you receive the promo code please enter it in the appropriate box when registering the 3rd or more youngest child/children. There are different promo codes for each division. When emailing the Registrar for the promo code(s), please include the birth years of your children who will be using the code for registration. Discounts do not apply to Senior Rates.

Financial Support for Soccer Registration
Sometimes families need financial support to get their kids into a sport or physical activity. KidSport PEI and Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart help ensure that children across Prince Edward Island have the opportunity to participate in organized sport by helping to remove financial barriers. Please follow the KidSport PEI and Jumpstart links above for more information or to apply.

Important to Note
Players MUST be registered with the Central Queens Clippers Soccer Club prior to tryouts for insurance reasons.

Please feel free to contact us at rcunited.executive@gmail.com if you have any questions pertaining to registration.

2.5 PlayerTransferRequests
1. Where a player or parent requests that a player moves up an age category, the Executive will appoint a suitable Player Assessment Committee or Individual to determine if the player is qualified to play at the higher level based on a “four corner” approach that includes assessment of the player’s physical (size), technical (skill), mental (maturity), and social/emotional (could make friends) attributes . The committee or individual will present their recommendation to the Executive for a decision

 Club Tied

Players are club tied once they complete a year of play at the Youth League level, meaning they cannot register with another club without permission and sign-off from the Club President.  Every year Eliot River and Central Queens monitor registration.  If a member of another club tries to register with our clubs that registration is denied and the registration fee is refunded.   As mentioned before, our district intends to have teams compete at the highest level to ensure our athletes are able to play at their desired level. Players can transfer without issue if the home club is not able to offer the desired level of play.  They must first register with their home club and the President will work with the club in the district to facilitate the transfer.    Insurance is provided by Soccer PEI to those individuals registered with their home clubs.  If a player is transferred then the insurance follows them.  The Island is separated into districts within Soccer PEI.  Central Queens and Eliot River are in the same district but transfers can also be approved outside of districts if need be.
